When looking to schedule home tours, set parameters such as location, square footage, number of bedroom and bathrooms as well as any amenities you desire. I encourage my clients to pick at least 3-4 homes to look at on a given day so that way you can compare and contrast. This extra research will help make the process efficient, fun and less stressful, especially if you already have your pre-approval letter from your lender!
